Sadie Robertson is a girl to watch this season of Dancing With The Star. The 17 year old model who also appears on the TV series Duck Dynasty gave a surprisingly fabulous performance on the premiere of Season 19 of Dancing with the Stars Monday night. Dancing the cha cha with professional ballroom partner Mark Ballas, she won praises from the judges and finished second on the scoreboard, behind an incredible performance from Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star Alfonso Ribeiro.

Robertson is the daughter of Willie Robertson and granddaughter of Phil Robertson, the distinctly recognizable patriarchs of A&E’s famous reality show “Duck Dynasty.” Just like the rest of her family, she is not shy of sharing her faith. Minutes before the show aired, Robertson tweeted to her 1.3 million followers “A time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. Ecclesiastes 3:4 {NIV) ITS DANCE TIME.” We love her spunk!

In a televised clip with Sadie’s dad, Willie Robertson says, “Father, so thankful for everything you give us. Thank you for Sadie and I pray that she does well in this competition. In Christ we pray. Amen.”
Judging by the star’s great dancing skills and a strong following stemming from Duck Dynasty, Robertson is expected to be dancing all the way this season. When its all said and done, Robertson has one objective in mind, “I want to share my faith and show that Christians can have fun, too.” Amen to that!
